Every head/lead coach should provide this to their team (coaching staff, volunteers, scholar-athletes). This details their vision and plan which could and should be used CONSISTENTLY throughout the season. SMART goals can change per season and each individual that is part of the program should create their own.
This is solely individual based. Scholar-athletes should also have their own personal goals while the team goals are also outlined and made visible. One of the best ways I’ve seen goals outlined was at a local D1 school in Philadelphia where each invididual scholar-athlete had three outlined goals on their locker section made visible for everyone to see.
